Now that Gretchen Rossi is six months into her pregnancy, she's experiencing about every craving a pregnant woman can have — all at once. But the upside of this quandary is that The Real Housewives of Orange County alum never has to choose just one thing off a menu. Instead, she orders everything

The mama-to-be is currently on vacation in San Diego, where she's giving her followers continuous cravings updates via Instagram Stories. On one occasion, she panned over a "yummy" lunch spread, remarking, "Lunchtime! Chicken Caesar, Cobb, meat and cheese platter, so yummy."

The next Story showed Gretchen lounging in a spa robe. "Slade is out right now getting me food because I'm having some pregnancy cravings," she said. "Right now, I have him getting apple fritters and lemon cake. And chicken Chow Mein, chicken lettuce wraps... and like 12 other things. Because I can't decide what I want," she laughed.

"Poor guy, he's running around all these weird places trying to get me what I want. Oh, Lordy. Pregnancy cravings," she finished.

And her cravings lasted well until the next morning. The following day, Gretchen returned to Stories to share some footage of the breakfast spread laid out on her patio table. "We're about to have some yummy breakfast," she said. "Got some poached eggs, grapefruit, more fruit, oatmeal. Here comes the pregnancy cravings again! I can't ever decide what it is that I'm craving."
