Travis Scott's Cereal Collaboration Sold out in 30 Seconds, Probably Due to THIS Photo
Rapper Travis Scott can lay sick beats and — apparently — make some pretty sweet eats.
He's not just Kylie Jenner's baby daddy (and potential husband? We're still confused about that). Houston-born rapper Travis Scott is also a musical sensation — and the newly minted prince of cereal collaborations. To wit: After Scott teamed up with Reese's Puffs to design a limited-edition range of cereal boxes, the goods sold out quickly. Super quickly. In under a minute, to be exact.
The boxes, which feature a cactus and an action-figure-style portrait of the rapper holding a spoon, launched on Tuesday. And 30 seconds later, poof! They were totally sold out. The spoons and bowls that Scott designed for the brand have sold out as well.
It's official: This merch is hotter than a Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit back in its heyday.
And while Reese's Puffs are certainly crave-worthy, we have a feeling that this very stylish photo shoot had something to do with the product's success. Behold, an artsy, surprisingly intense homage to breakfast cereal:
