The Real Housewives of Atlanta D.C. college student (Noelle's a freshman at Howard University) just posted a few photos of herself on Capitol Hill rocking a fierce fitted black blazer, black dress, and serious heels.
"I want it all. Half was never the agreement," Noelle wrote in the caption.
