Marlo Hampton Just Added Another Job Title to Her Extremely Long Resume
The Real Housewives of Atlanta fashionista just launched her own wig and hair line and it's already selling out.
Marlo Hampton just added another gig to her many, many jobs. The Real Housewives of Atlanta fashionista and entrepreneur recently launched her own line of wigs and hair pieces. Marlo headed to New Orleans for this weekend's Essence Festival to preview her new line called HER Hair Collection, which stands for "Haute Elegant Rebel."
She posed at the festival wearing one of her wig styles, the "Bang Bang" with long locks and full fringe, in a green outfit that matched her booth's topiary. This is just one of her creative outlets: She also teased a fashion line this fall.
"I am so overwhelmed with joy, for years I’ve been wearing wigs by other brands and today I launched my own @her_hair_collection and what’s even more special, I’m almost sold out of 2 styles, the “Bang Bang” and “Seductive” over 200 units pre sold," Marlo wrote in the caption on Instagram, adding: "There are 7 versatile styles available."
According to HER's website, Marlo worked with hair industry veteran Karen Mitchell of True Indian Hair to kickstart her collection. The seven styles available range from a "chic" platinum lob to curls to waist-length locks. All these looks bring the drama, and we expected nothing less from glam queen Marlo.
