Did Shereé Whitfield Ever Finish the Basement at Chateau Shereé?
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum dished on the subterranean space at her sprawling estate.
Chateau Shereé wasn't built in a day. As Shereé Whitfeld once said: "I mean, seriously. When you have 100,000 square feet, it takes time." But by now, the Atlanta estate is completely finished, from baseboards to basement.
When Shereé appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen: @ Home on May 10, Andy got the dirt on her renovations. "Shereé, did you finish the basement, by the way?" he asked. "Oh yeah, I totally finished the basement," The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum replied. "It's fabulous!"
We have no doubt about that. But we also have video proof that the subterranean space is fab, indeed. In the clip above, Shereé leads a tour of the finished room, and it left us with some serious basement envy.
Shereé's basement has a game room with crystal chandeliers, as well as a formal sitting room with a crystal-log fireplace. In the so-called "lounge," there's a white marble bar and tufted leather banquettes. In the spa, Shereé can warm up in the sauna or get a facial from her aesthetician, who does regular house calls.
There's also a plush home movie theater that just has one issue: "It's too comfortable, Shereé says. "[Guests] don't want to go home when they come in here." Watch the clip above — you'll understand why.
