Kandi Burruss Just Had a Wild Realization About SHE by Shereé
The RHOA cast member shared what “makes no sense” about Shereé Whitfield’s long-awaited brand.
From restaurants to haircare lines, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members own a variety of successful businesses. However, on the show’s July 24 episode, Kandi Burruss praised one company in particular for its impressive following — and it’s not what you might expect.
While talking to Shereé Whitfield, Kandi shared a recent revelation she had about Shereé’s very long-awaited line, SHE by Shereé. “I think you have the biggest brand out of this group,” Kandi declared, adding that despite its notability, it’s technically “not a brand” because it had yet to officially launch.
Shereé was quick to agree with Kandi’s assessment. “I joke about it all the time. People still to this day…” she started, as Kandi finished, “…know SHE by Shereé.”
Because, as Kandi explained, “It makes no sense that people can’t buy it yet,” she had some advice for how to get the business up and running. “Even if you just did a small line, I think it would be sold out in no time,” she said. “And you could use that money to help invest in hiring more people to take it to the next level.”
In an interview, Shereé explained why she paid close attention to Kandi’s suggestions: “Kandi has umpteenth businesses, so her giving me any advice, I live for it.”
Kenya Moore, who had helped set up a meeting for Shereé during the episode, compared the launch of the company to Shereé’s lengthy home build. “I’m hoping she pulls off SHE by Shereé the same way she pulled off Chateau Shereé,” Kenya said in her own interview.
Shereé shared an update on her business during the show’s June 19 episode. “SHE by Shereé, I gotta admit, it’s been kind of a mess,” she said at the time. “Over the years, I’ve stopped and started SHE by Shereé. I’ve even created a line of accessories, like yoga mats and water bottles, but no one has ever seen these things.”
