Kandi & Todd Totally Transformed Their Indoor Pool Room: See Before & After Photos
The Real Housewives of Atlanta couple gave their luxe at-home swimming space a whole new look — but they’re far from done.
Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have been making some big changes to their home, and on the May 8 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the couple finally shared a look at their new-and-improved indoor pool room.
"I've changed this whole pool room," Todd said in an interview as before-and-after photos were shown. "Check the floors out: It's the black marble look. It's looking current. You know, before it was that tan, that old school [look]."
Although the renovation had "kind of slowed down," Todd was excited to continue working on the space. However, the project didn't exactly have Kandi's undivided attention. "Me and my wife have to agree on some equipment for the humidity in the pool area," Todd said. "But it's really hard to get her to sit down and focus."
In her own interview, Kandi admitted, "I'm one of those people that's kind of guilty of never finishing their house. And it's just, like, boxes everywhere."
Still, Kandi wants to see the room completed. As they discussed the work still to be done, Todd quipped, "We can get rid of the pool," and Kandi quickly replied, "No, we can't."
In March, Kandi and Todd opened up to Bravo Insider about the ongoing work at their home. "We didn't renovate. We are still renovating," Kandi said. "We are in a terrible place of eternal renovation… It's a mess."
