We Just Found out About Dorit Kemsley & Kyle Richards' High-Profile Neighbors

Now that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley are both residing in the leafy environs of Encino, it doesn’t mean they’ve left the glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills proper behind. In fact, it seems the lush San Fernando Valley neighborhood is attracting an ever-greater number of bold-faced names — and there are a few new notables to add to the list. 

NBA star Tristan Thompson (and Khloe Kardashian ex) recently put down a whopping $6.5 million for an uber-luxe Encino estate that comes complete with seven bedrooms and close to 10,000 square feet spread over two structures. And now we've learned football star Reggie Bush has also snagged an Encino mansion for $5.65 million. His newly built pad features 8,750 square feet of living space with six bedrooms. 

So it looks like Kyle and Dorit were way ahead of the curve when they purchased their suburban spreads (in Kyle’s case, an $8.25 million estate once owned by Smokey Robinson; and in Dorit’s case, a swanky $6.5 million mansion with lots of outdoor space for her two kids). Good to know the neighbors are cool if they ever need to borrow a cup of sugar!
