Dorit & Paul Kemsley Just Bought a $6.5M Mansion in Kyle Richards' Neighborhood

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple is finally getting the home they want.

We’ve long known that Dorit Kemsley and her husband, Paul, want to move into a more family-friendly home. Since first meeting the couple on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, they’ve been living in a towering Beverly Hills mansion that's difficult to manage in with small children. Despite listing the home more than two years ago (the original ask was $12.75 million and today it’s on the market for $7.499), the home has not sold (even with a little help from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ David Parnes).

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

As PK told Page Six last year, “The price was lowered to get it sold, we are very keen to move. We want a less vertical house with more of a back yard. The kids are running around everywhere and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass!”

Well, guess what? Dorit and PK (and Phoenix and Jagger!) are getting their grass. Per Variety, the couple has purchased a $6.475 million mansion with .36 acres of land in Encino… right near Kyle Richards’ $8.2 million home. Dorit hinted on the finale that she had her eye on a home near her castmate, and it looks like she got it!

Including all the real estate bells and whistles — gated, camera-secured, pool/spa combo — the home is brand new and constructed in the modern farmhouse style that is so hot right now in California. (Need proof? Check out Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright's similar-looking new house, or the $2M property that Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix just purchased.)

Dorit and PK’s new abode was never actually listed on the market, which explains the lack of photos to be found online. Want to see more? It seems we’re just going to have to wait for season 10 of RHOBH to get a look inside!
