Did Dorit Kemsley's Purple Thigh-High Boots Look Familiar? Kylie Jenner Wore Them Too

To be honest, we've never spent much time mulling the ways in which Dorit Kemsley and Kylie Jenner are alike. But, now that we think of it, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member does have some things in common with the Kylie Cosmetics mogul. 

Both women live the Los Angeles lifestyle, both know their way around a glam beauty look, both have an entrepreneurial streak, and — this just in! — both are able pull off over-the-knee, bright purple boots. This is a talent not everyone can lay claim to, so let's watch and learn how the pros do it.

First, here's a photo of Kylie Jenner wearing the towering Balenciaga shoes at a 2017 event. The beauty expert let the boots take center stage, styling them with a white top, an oversize watch, and (of course!) her always-pinging phone. 

And, here's how Dorit styles the knockout kicks. For a visit with Lisa Vanderpump at Villa Rosa, the swimwear designer wore the same Balenciaga shoes with an oversize, white button-down shirt, round sunglasses, and a black shoulder bag. 

As you can see, both ladies made the stylish boots look beyond fabulous, and there's no way we could pick a favorite.

But, we do know one thing for sure: those boots are perfect for anyone who wants to make an entrance. Now, when can we expect to see Dorit in the sparkling Saint Laurent boots all the 'Wives adore?
