If you need some New Year’s resolution inspo, look no further than Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach is an expert at helping people get healthy and eat better, and clearly, her advice has been working for her.
Yesterday, the healthy mama posted a picture of herself on Instagram lounging with fellow Housewife (and belated birthday girl!) Kyle Richards. The two beauties are dressed in skimpy bikinis and chilling on a hammock. We don’t know where they are, but there’s a chance they’re celebrating Kyle’s 50th birthday on a trip somewhere—especially if those pink cocktails in their hands are any indication! We’re also loving their matching sunglasses and oversized hats—the perfect vacation outfit. “It takes two to dangle. #holdourcalls@kylerichards18,” Teddi captioned the photo.
We have to say, though, that Teddi’s methods are definitely working — she looks so good in the swimsuit. And she’s full of some really great advice to help you stick to eating healthily, too: From her expert tips to avoid hunger at night to her favorite nutritious breakfast staples, she always knows just what to do when a craving hits. "The less you eat something, the more the cravings go away," she has said. "Plus, I tell myself that I have eaten 'whatever the junk food' is a million times and it never did me any good."
Talk about some great advice. And after seeing these results, we may just be tempted to join in and follow the brilliant mama’s every word.
