Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump have both changed up their hair and makeup people over the years, so their current stylists were more than happy to sit down and critique their past interview looks—and we can't stop laughing.

Now Erika Girardi's creative director Mikey Minden may not have a bad word to say about any of the looks he created (can you blame him?), but he certainly has opinions on them. (Btw, we knew Mikey was the creative director of Erika's shows, but who knew he was the creative director of her life?!)
