In Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Crystal Kung Minkoff gave a sneak peek of the work being done on the 1,800-square-foot subterranean space that was undergoing a renovation, hinting at some major goodies in store, including a wine cellar, a movie theater, a golf simulator for her husband, Rob Minkoff, and more.

This season, the Real Coco beverage founder was excited to show off the finished space at her Roaring ’20s–themed 39th birthday party. She also gave BravoTV.com a full tour of the incredible basement, which you can watch by pressing play on the clip above.

In the video, we see the “parlor” space, which has a dark and glamorous aesthetic with pops of color in the form of burnt orange and blush velvet chairs, gold light fixtures, and tawny and beige art deco tiles from ARTO Tile. Another amazing detail: an extremely rare original Wurlitzer jukebox from 1942, which Rob revealed cost around $30,000. “It sat in our garage for 10 years,” the Lion King co-director shared. “We unwrapped it, turned it on, and it worked beautifully.” Crystal added, “It’s sort of our centerpiece for the room, and we love it.”

Other key features include the champagne fridge that aptly accompanied the “speakeasy” vibe, the pizza oven from Monogram that cooks a pizza in “a minute and a half,” and the mah-jongg room, which features a special centerpiece close to Crystal’s heart: artwork her parents brought back from China that’s “probably 40 or 50 years old.”

Rounding out the tour is perhaps Rob’s favorite part: the golf simulator. “When you open that curtain, you’ll be able to play any course around the world,” Rob shared of the “thrilling” simulation screen that also transforms into a movie theater for the whole family.

While Crystal said during the Season 12 episode that she was “choosing not to look” at the “exact dollar amount” of the reno, she did reveal that she and Rob stayed “in budget” at six figures. Press play on the video above to get a full tour of the exciting space!
