Crystal Kung Minkoff is an open book when it comes to her beauty routine. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has dished about her skincare practices before, and she has even shared the secret behind her glowing skin. (That would be: "tons of sunscreen.") More recently, the RHOBH rookie showed off the fruits of her skincare-labor in a makeup-free selfie on Instagram.

In the December 12 photo, the mom of two put her gorgeous glow on full display. The closeup captured Crystal softly smiling for the camera while wearing a cozy white sweatshirt. The Real Coco co-founder looked radiant as tousled waves tumbled down her shoulders.

"Be honest with people about who you are, what you want, and how you expect to be treated," the RHOBH cast member captioned her photo. "Standards only scare off the people not meant for you." Crystal added two hashtags: "No Makeup Sundays" and "Penny For Your Thoughts."

Sunscreen slathering aside, there are Bravoleb-loved treatments that absolutely don't make it into the Los Angeles mom's beauty regimen. During an Instagram Ask Me Anything session in July, the cocktail aficionado addressed speculation about whether she gets lip filler: "My whole family has giant lips. And on this topic, I've never done anything to my face."

Crystal also spilled the tea on how often she visits an esthetician saying, "I barely get facials. It's mostly [because] I'm lazy." 

Still, the RHOBH newbie recently proved she's not "lazy" when it comes to flaunting glamorous makeup on a red carpet. Earlier this month, Crystal dazzled at the People's Choice Awards in full glam. Her beauty look consisted of the prettiest pink eyeshadow, fluttery lashes, and glossy lips.
