In the comments section of the post, Dorit Kemsley echoed that the view was "so beautiful," which may be a bit of an understatement. As seen in her photos, Denise had access to unobstructed sights of breathtaking historic structures all around the ancient city.

Just days earlier, Denise opened up about returning to Spain for work after months of staying at home due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. "On my way to Spain. Back shooting [Glow and Darkness] started before we were all on lockdown," she wrote on Instagram. "I’m beyond grateful that my family is healthy & that I get to go back to work on this project, & see new friends I made."

Before filming paused, Denise had taken to Instagram in March to rave about the "magical location," as well as a cathedral they filmed in that she noted was "stunning."

Before heading back to work, Denise had an extended period of quality time at home with her husband, Aaron Phypers, and her daughters. While she she told Us Weekly in April that she settled into a new daily routine that included working out, picking lemons from a tree outside her home, going on walks, cooking, and unwinding with Netflix, Denise revealed some major dietary changes happening in her household amid the pandemic.

"I made [macaroni and cheese] for breakfast one day, which I never do; it’s so gross that I would even do that," she told The Los Angeles Times. "But it was good. I’m like, 'Girls, do you want macaroni and cheese?' And they’re like, 'Mom, for breakfast?' Breakfast of champions, kids. Here you go!"
