The June 2 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills found the ladies in Lake Tahoe, where they dressed up for dinner at a local bistro. While helping Kathy Hilton decide what to wear, Dorit Kemsley pulled a statement-making furry red coat out of her closet. "I really like this for tonight," the bridal designer said. But the coat in question was shrouded in mystery. 

"You want to laugh? Ask me whose jacket that is," Kyle Richards' big sister said. When Kyle guessed that it was Paris Hilton's, Kathy said: "I have no idea! Somebody left it at my house." Indeed, the anecdote gave Kyle and Dorit a good laugh.

But now, the mystery has been solved! In her Instagram Stories from June 2, Kathy shared some posts from her friend Irena Medavoy. Watching the scene where Dorit pulled the red coat out of the closet in her own Instagram Stories, Irena had written: "When the queen [Kathy Hilton] finds your missing red faux fur coat."  Later, she wrote: "Looking for my red coat since October," and showed her husband holding up an iPad photo of her wearing the coat at an event.
