After years of incredible memories, such as dreamy outdoor movie nights and “lit” New Year’s Eve celebrations, Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, and the rest of their family have decided to say goodbye to their beautiful vacation home in Aspen.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

On June 14, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and her daughter Alexia Umansky shared an Architectural Digest article announcing that Kyle had put the abode on the market. In Alexia’s Instagram Story, the 25-year-old real estate professional confirmed: “We’re selling our Aspen house!”

According to AD, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom house is currently listed for $9,750,000. Spanning more than 2,400 square feet, the property has a two-car garage and two spacious decks that offer incredible mountain views

Although Kyle plans to sell the three-story Colorado home, she may have a new residence there at some point in the future. At NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation last month, Kyle told BravoTV.com that while she considers the family’s primary house in Encino a “forever home,” relocating to Colorado isn’t far from her mind. “Even if I move one day to, like, Aspen... I’ll keep that [Encino] home for my kids or something,” she said.

Earlier this year, Kyle and Mauricio sold another of their beloved properties: their former Bel-Air home. After being on and off the market since 2017, the house finally sold for $6,100,000 (with Mauricio, Alexia, and Farrah Aldjufrie as the listing agents) and Alexia shared a touching Instagram caption to announce the news. “A bittersweet goodbye to the home I have countless memories in,” she wrote in the January post. “A home that shaped so much of who I am today. It was an honor to pass it along to the next owners, who I know will love every moment here.” In the comments, Kyle wrote, “Bittersweet for sure...good job.”
