Lisa Rinna Played “Dress Up” in Her Daughters’ Clothes & Amelia Has Some Thoughts
The RHOBH alum put together a look from “a suitcase full of clothes” that her daughters left at her house.
Lisa Rinna channeled her inner Gen Z-er — and looked incredible doing it.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum returned to Instagram on April 15 to share an elevated streetwear moment inspired by… well, more like borrowed from her daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin and Amelia Gray Hamlin, The four-photo carousel showed Lisa in full model mode as she wore an all-denim look that can be described as biker meets Canadian tuxedo. However, it’s unclear if Delilah and Amelia authorized the outfit, as it was put together while they were away in Indio, California.
“When your kids go to Coachella and leave a suitcase full of clothes and you play dress up while they are gone,” Lisa wrote in the caption.
The RHOBH mom flaunted the ensemble with an impromptu photo shoot in her kitchen. Using her stainless steel refrigerator as the backdrop, Lisa showed off a Courrèges denim biker jacket with side strap detailing and a pair of matching speckled jeans. She rounded out the look with black Isabel Marant sunglasses, R13 studded military boots, and slicked-back hair.
Though Amelia may have been surprised by the suitcase raid, she was clearly pleased with the results.
“Oh wow my outfit looks so cute on you! Lol,” she wrote in the comments, to which Lisa replied: “I know right?!”
RHOBH fashion designer Dorit Kemsley also praised the ensemble, simply writing: “I love it!”
But this isn’t the first time Lisa has shared clothes with her model daughters. In 2021, the Housewife generously gave Amelia a vintage Alaïa gown that she had rocked throughout the 1990s and early aughts.
“Harry [Hamlin] bought me this magnificent [Azzedine Alaïa] 28 years ago,” Lisa wrote in a since-removed Instagram post. “Today I got to pass it on to my baby girl.”
Just a day later, Lisa posted side-by-side photos of herself and Delilah wearing the same empire-waist Versace dress. The first photo was taken at a 1998 Oscars after-party, when Lisa was pregnant with her first-born daughter.
“I was 6½ months pregnant with [Delilah Belle],” she captioned the post, “we were going to the 1998 Oscars and [Phillip Bloch] had [Versace] make me this dress!”
