Mauricio Umansky's real-estate firm recently listed a $19.8 million home outside of Los Angeles. Perched on 18 acres of oceanside property, the Summerland estate is known as Tuscany Oaks Farm. And when he announced The Agency's new listing on Instagram, Kyle Richards' hubby referred to the property as a "a masterpiece of scale and pedigree."
