Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Reveals Exactly How Often She Drinks

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness buff opens up about her very different drinking habits when she's filming and not filming.

We've seen Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave get tipsy before (Season 9 France trip, anyone?). But as an accountability coach, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom isn't typically prone to over-indulgence. So, how much does she really drink? 

When Teddi invited Instagram followers to ask her anything, one wrote in to ask just how often she reaches for a cocktail. The fitness buff answered honestly: "Maybe once a week." But, she added: "When I'm filming Housewives, not pregnant, it tends to be more. We do a lot of dinners and drinks and events so it goes up, but I balance it when I'm not filming."

She also weighed in on how hard it was to stay sober while filming Season 10 with a bun in the oven. "I thought it was going to be harder than it actually was," Teddi said. "There were times like when we went on our international trip where I was like, this would've been nice. But it became kind of a running joke, like everyone needs to ask Teddi because she'll remember everything. And I do!"

In the past, Teddi has spilled more tea on her vacation drink of choice.  "My favorite tropical drink — I go with a prosecco with just a splash of orange juice, just because I think it's yummy," she once told BravoTV.com. "What I try to steer clear from is the piña colada, the strawberry daiquiri, the things that are filled with sugar, and then kind of make me feel full and tired, where this one, like, 'Whew!! Let’s go!'" 

She also shared about how she balances out her more indulgent days. "Really, if you’re going to be drinking, its all about balance," she said. "So drink what you love drinking, exercise, drink a lot of water, have some fun. When you’re on a trip — do you. But have some balance. If you’re going to drink, don't have dessert."
