Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Gets Nervous Just Thinking About Her Wild Night in Provence

This week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills took place in Provence, where the ladies dipped liberally into the local wine reserve. On her blog, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave reflected on the booziness of it all, writing: "By the time we're at dinner I'm three sheets, four duvets, and 10 pillowcases to the wind. That is not an excuse for any behavior, just the truth."

Of course as a professional accountability coach, Teddi doesn't often find herself that many "pillowcases" in. But when she is, does she slip up and snack like the rest of us? (Paging the late-night pizza place!) The 'Wife had the opportunity to shed some light on that when a fan sent her a question via Instagram's "Ask Me Anything" feature.

Here's what the follower asked: "How do you not stuff your face with food the day after you drink??" Fair question! Teddi responded: "Normally when I am out with friends and/or filming I stop myself at 2 drinks and hydrate and eat healthy." However, that all changed in France.

Teddi continued: "Provence and the wine tasting was next level ... which led to me wanting attack the chips late night..." We can relate.

Peep the clip above to hear Teddi talk more about drinking, and to see her hilariously grabbing for that chip.
