Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Just Sold Her House, and She Has Mixed Feelings
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is feeling sentimental about the $3.2 million home where she created "a lot of good memories."
Real estate is booming for Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has her dance card filled with listings, escrows, and closings at the moment.
To review, Teddi's listed her Hollywood Hills home for just shy of $6 million, and is preparing to move into a $6.5 million, modern-farmhouse-style manse in Encino. (Did we mention that her new home will have a LED-lit, glass wine room, and a poolside cabana for massages?) And while all that's happening, the fitness buff has been dealing with the sale of a third property — and it's one that RHOBH viewers will recognize.
In a recent Instagram Story, Teddi filmed her daughter Slate, looking forlorn as she sat on a wall outside of the family's former home in Mount Olympus. In case you've lost track, that's the house that Teddi lived in during her first season of RHOBH. It hit the market in 2019, and it's had some renters since then. It also served as the backdrop for Teddi's appearance on the virtual Season 10 reunion.
But as Teddi shared in her recent Instagram post, the four-bedroom, 1970s abode has been snapped up by a buyer — and Teddi and Slate have some mixed feelings on that. "[We're] camped out in front of our old house, deciding that [we] really didn't want to sell it," she said. "But as of today, it's no longer ours."
Tagging friends and real-estate pros Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie, Teddi continued: "Thank you so much to you guys, for selling it. We're gonna miss it! But we had a lot of good memories." Take a trip down memory lane in the video above, which offers a tour of the Mount Olympus digs.
