Teddi Lists Her Hollywood Hills Home for $6M and It's Even More Incredible Than We Knew
RHOBH's Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has enlisted Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie to sell her jaw-dropping abode.
As she prepares to move into a gorgeous $6.49M Encino house, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is saying goodbye to her Hollywood Hills home. While we've already obsessed over her chic bedroom, stunning pool, and cliffside backyard, the abode is even more incredible than we thought.
Kyle Richards' daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, who is the listing agent on the property along with Kyle's husband Mauricio Umansky, shared a look at the house in an August 19 Instagram post. "Incredible for entertaining-central location + those views!" Farrah captioned her post, which showcased the outdoor space as well as rooms including the state-of-the-art kitchen and open dining area. "SO many great & fun amenities."
Farrah also noted that the house, currently listed for $5,995,000, "can serve as a great bachelor pad OR an amazing family home," adding, "Rarely do I see a home that can be either of these things!"
According to the listing, the house boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a home office, and a custom walk-in dressing room within Teddi and Edwin Arroyave's bedroom.

The home boasts gorgeous panoramic views of Los Angeles. "The view is really my happy place," Teddi told BravoTV.com in the video above. "You feel a little stressed, all the sudden you walk out here, you take a couple breaths and you're good to go."
Incredible Exterior
The two stories of living space feature impressive terraces that span the entire width of the home. "One of the great features of this house is no matter what room you're in, you have access to the patio," Teddi said in the video above. "And this downstairs patio is amazing."
Jaw-Dropping Outdoor Space
With a pool that Teddi explained during the home tour she "can't get enough of," a heated spa, a play space, a basketball court, a built-in kitchen, and a quartzite bar, the outdoor areas of the home are incredibly enviable.
Chic Bedrooms
In the video above, Teddi told BravoTV.com, "I spend a lot of time in my bedroom," and after seeing her cozy white bed beneath a gilded starburst chandelier, it's not hard to understand why. Many of the five bedrooms, including Slate's and Bella's bedroom filled with pink accents and what appears to be Cruz's bedroom, also offer direct private terrace access. Thanks to a large window, Dove's nursery is flooded with natural light.
Massive Closet
Although she told BravoTV.com during a closet tour that "clothes aren't really my thing," Teddi and Edwin's closet is filled with her workout clothes, "mom attire," and "dressy stuff."

Many of the home's five bathrooms boast eye-catching marble walls.
Luxe Kitchen
Thanks to the open floor plan, Teddi noted in the video above that she can "see everything" from the kitchen.
Impressive Gym
"This is one of my favorite areas," Teddi said in the video of the exercise space. "I can open this door, get a nice breeze, work out when the family's still sleeping."
