Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's Daughter Slate Has a Hilarious New "Roommate"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member's daughter now has a very familiar face in her room.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's daughter Slate has no intention of saying goodbye to the cardboard cutout of Kyle Richards currently occupying her bedroom.
"Slate, not to rush you or anything, but do you think we should move Kyle somewhere else?" Teddi asked Slate as she showed the cardboard version of her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate placed within a hanging bubble chair in Slate's room. "Or send Kyle to Kyle's?"
When Slate responded by asking why, Teddi had more questions for her 7-year-old. "You just want to keep her here?" she asked with a laugh. "She's your roommate?" In response, Slate nodded and excitedly said, "Yeah."
Kyle reposted the video to her own Instagram Story, writing: "Omg, I love her so much."
In addition to the new cardboard Kyle, placed to look as if it were taking in the incredible canyon views from Slate's room, the adorable space also features a pink rug and accent furniture as well as a white desk topped with trophies and photos.
Kyle has had plenty of touching moments with Teddi's kids. When Teddi revealed that Slate "smashed her finger in the door" earlier this year, Kyle and Sutton Stracke quickly sent over assorted Insomnia cookies, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and a pink stuffed unicorn to comfort her. "I love these flowers," Slate said in a video recorded for her mom's castmates. "And this cookie is delicious!"
Months earlier, when Teddi welcomed her daughter Dove, Kyle was among the first people to meet her. During a hike in March just a week after the little one was born, Teddi shared an adorable snap of Kyle holding Dove as Teddi attempted to put a pacifier in her mouth. "How many Housewives does it take to put in a pacifier?" Teddi joked at the time. "Thanks [Kyle] for doing all of the heavy lifting."
