It should come as no surprise that Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave sticks to a healthy diet. After all, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal is a professional accountability coach, who helps her clients achieve their fitness goals by, well, staying accountable. So even though Teddi doesn't have tons of time to cook, she's found a way to make sure that her entire family is eating healthfully.
On July 11, the RHOBH fitness buff took to Instagram to answer some fan FAQ's. One of those questions, as it turns out, was what she and her clan eat on a day-to-day basis.
Here are a few takeaway lessons from her answer.
First of all, planning ahead is key. Teddi typically has a salad for lunch, and she'll prep her midday meals in advance. Consistency also wins. When she's home for dinner, the Beverly Hills mom cooks for her tots while having a meal from Gracefully Fed, which makes organic, gluten-free, dairy free soups that can be delivered to your door. (If you live in L.A., at least.)
As for Teddi's husband Edwin, he sticks to meals from Macro Plate, which is another healthy meal-delivery service. So our third lesson here? Don't be afraid to outsource your meals!
