And now Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is giving fans a bit more insight into her daily eats — beyond just using this effective, if "embarrassing," trick to get restaurant reservations.

On her Instagram Stories, she shared some BTS intel, answering some fans' specific DM questions. In one pic, she showed a photo of a healthy-looking salad with the caption: "A common lunch for me is a salad. Big shocker, I know. Ingredients: arugula, chick peas, avocado, brown rice, and beets. Dressing: lime juice."

So there you go. That's what Teddi eats for a typical mid-day meal. Apparently, if we're reading the details correctly, on her lap, in the driver's seat... with a gym sock in the mix? Well, that's multitasking mom life!
