The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach shared her recipe for a patriotic salad that's perfect to bring to summer parties.

By Jenny Berg

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is all in when it comes to keeping her diet clean. And yes, that includes on holidays. Luckily, the All in by Teddi founder has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to whipping up festive — but still healthy! — dishes that are perfect to bring to parties, and she's filling us in on her 4th of July go-to.

The salad that Teddi has been known to whip up for Independence Day checks all the boxes. It's dressed with red, white, and blue ingredients to give it a little patriotic zhush, it doesn't require any cooking, and its star ingredient can be found at Trader Joe's.

Keep scrolling to see the recipe that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness buff sent over to The Feast, just as we started to panic about what to bring to Thursday's barbecue. We owe you one, Teddi!

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
