Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Has Cheat Days, Too — Here's What She Eats

The RHOBH accountability coach's method sounds like a pretty disciplined way to go off the wagon.

Not to shatter any illusions for you, but even the biggest wellness junkies have cheat days. Just ask Cut Fitness queen Tamra Judge, who sneaks doughy treats into her diet every now and again. And yep, even accountability coach Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave builds in some room for snacking ... though admittedly, her cheat days are not filled with your average Oreo cookies and delivered pizzas.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom recently spoked to OK Magazine about her daily diet, and addressed that glorious day: cheat day. "Allowing myself a day of cheating is a tricky path, so I'll just do a cheat meal — but I'll still keep it healthy," Teddi shared. "If you're going to have carbs, make them brown rice or Dave's Killer Bread. If you're going to have alcohol, skip dessert. It's one or the other. If you're craving a burger, skip the buns. Sweet potato fries instead of regular. You get the picture."

The RHOBH pal also told the magazine some of her favorite foods. In addition to the aforementioned whole-grain bread, Teddi has a thing for frozen grapes and oatmeal topped with blueberries.

But Teddi hasn't sworn off sugar entirely: she just goes for the calorie-free kind. One of her favorite tracks at the moment comes off Ariana Grande's album Sweetener.
