Larsa Pippen Explains Why She Moved into a Penthouse Apartment
The Real Housewives of Miami cast member shared why she’s “really proud” of her 4,000-square-foot new home.
After a lengthy house-hunting process, Larsa Pippen knew her new penthouse apartment in Miami (see it in the video above) was a perfect fit.
“I looked at so many homes,” The Real Housewives of Miami cast member explained on the show’s December 8 Season 5 premiere. “I just couldn’t find a house that I really loved, and when I walked into this penthouse, I just felt like it was a mansion in the sky.”
Although Larsa technically lives in a building full of people, she isn’t exactly concerned about dealing with neighbors. “I mean, I have a private elevator, so I don’t really see anyone,” she shared. “I just don’t like to walk through the front.”
Moving into the apartment — which you can see in the video above — marked a significant new chapter for Larsa. “It’s been such a crazy journey for me living in homes that I’ve built with Scottie [Pippen]. I was in my last house for 17 years, and I really enjoyed those 17 years, but this is mine,” she shared. “I paid for it with my own money, I didn’t use any of my money from my divorce. I’m really proud of myself. It’s my first real investment.”
During the episode, Guerdy Abraira came to see Larsa’s new five-bedroom home and she was blown away, to say the least. “It’s f--king fabulous,” she declared. “This is like the best representation of Miami that there is, I promise you. Like, this is crazy. I’m, like, obsessed with this place.”
