Lisa Hochstein Goes Shopping for a Jaw-Dropping New Condo — and Reveals Exciting Career News
Lisa Hochstein admitted she didn't know her budget, but creating her own perfume may just help her have the $6.9 million condo of her dreams.
There’s no stopping Lisa Hochstein on The Real Housewives of Miami, and she’s giving us a front-row seat to how she’s now living her best life.
Lisa was joined in by RHOM’s Larsa Pippen and Adriana De Moura in Season 6, Episode 6, when the fitness model and mother of two went apartment hunting, scouting a potential condo worthy of royalty.
The Miami property, which boasts breathtaking water views and a whopping 5,600 square foot layout, was enough for even Larsa to question if being a little “conservative” was in Lisa’s best interests.

The women toured the property with realtors, walking along a dock-like path surrounded by water to enter the unit.
“I do not mind living in a condo at all,” Lisa told RHOM producers, explaining she “loved” spending about one year in a condo while she and her now-estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, waited for their Star Island mansion to become available for move-in.
Lisa even recalled suggesting to Lenny that they live in a condo instead.
“Because more house, more problems, and that’s exactly what we got,” said Lisa, citing her ongoing divorce from Lenny.
The Miami-based realtors led the way, showing off patios overlooking the illustrious bay and a 3,200-square-foot terrace filled with lush greenery. Living in the three-bedroom, five-bathroom condo also means access to a personal gym, pool, and “super high-end” features, as one of the real estate agents pointed out.
Of course, the place wasn’t cheap. The condo, which included a jaw-dropping view of the Miami skyline, came with a $6.9 million price tag, plus $4,100 per month for H.O.A. fees.

When asked by Larsa, Lisa admitted, “I don’t know what my budget is.”
Perhaps the condo might be within Lisa’s budget, given her new business venture, which she dished about in Episode 6.
Lisa Hochstein's perfume line
As realtors left Lisa with the bunch to ponder her decision about the condo, Lisa shared some exciting news about expanding her ever-growing career. She marveled at the “amazing” and “peaceful” bay view while explaining the latest thing she had up her sleeve.
“I have a project that I’m doing,” said Lisa. “I’m doing a perfume scent.”
Lisa explained she’d joined forces with Aroma 360 — a company that offers luxury scent diffusers, fragrance oils, and candles for clients’ homes and offices, according to its website — which was previously published by Aroma 360.
“Nearly every person who comes into my home comments how amazing it smells,” Lisa said in the promo video, looking glam in her insanely beautiful home. “My family and I feel like we live in a luxury hotel every day.”
She isn’t the first Housewife to collaborate with Aroma 360, however. Earlier this year, before announcing their split, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills also promoted the subscription-based brand, something they called the “best-kept secret” of their home.
“I was working with Aroma 360 to promote their home scenting line and their candles, and I had this crazy idea: What if I approached them to do my own scent?” Lisa explained to producers.
The brand already sells a scent called “Miami Heat,” a fragrance with top notes of Italian mandarin, bergamot, and lotus flower that “captures the essence of the Sunshine State’s N.B.A. team” and transforms your personal space “into an arena of victory and team spirit.”
In November, the brand posted a “sleek [and] sexy” video with Lisa showcasing Aroma 360’s (patent pending) Wireless Pro. Lisa bared it all in the campaign, taking the portable scent diffuser wherever she went.
“I feel so blessed that I’m doing something without Lenny, without his help, totally on my own,” said Lisa. “Time to grow up time and time to spread my wings and fly.”
Lisa and Lenny previously created and owned Hochstein MedSpa together.
The sky’s the limit for Lisa, as seen in all-new episodes of The Real Housewives of Miami, airing Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and streaming the next day on Peacock.
