The Real Housewives of Miami cast member took to Instagram this week to share an inside look at her Colorado digs. Nicole posted a quick video tour of her new house, showcasing its modern stone exterior and cozy yet contemporary interior.

“Home sweet home… Colorado edition,” she wrote in the caption. “Got some requests for a home tour, so here it is.”

The three-story residence includes four bedrooms, including a “bunk room” for her 4-year-old son, Greyson, whom she shares with her fiancé, Anthony Lopez. The home also boasts an upstairs loft, an open-concept kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and incredible views. Nicole, however, saved the “best part” for last, when she revealed the house was a ski-in/ski-out property with direct access to the slopes.

Some of Nicole’s fellow Housewives, including Alexia Nepola and Lisa Hochstein, were clearly impressed by the space and made sure to let Nicole know in the comments section.

“Can’t wait to visit,” Guerdy Abraira wrote, to which Nicole replied, “There is a room waiting for you G!”

The board-certified anesthesiologist said “it was a little different designing a space” from across the country, but she credited Anthony and Miami-based interior designer Briggs Edward Solomon for finishing the home just in time for spring break.

Similar to her former Miami abode (see it in the video above), the interior of the Colorado home is kept relatively understated. The natural materials throughout the house pair perfectly with the neutral-colored furniture. Bouclé chairs, wooden benches, and wicker seating are seen throughout the house, but Solomon (who also designed Nicole’s Coral Gables residence) made sure to add some playful touches, including plaid textiles, tree trunk chairs, and pieces of art.

“We kept true to our aesthetic style while adding a little mountain flair,” Nicole continued. “We are so happy with the final product!”

Nicole’s fondness for Colorado has been well documented on social media. The RHOM cast member has shared many photos of herself and her family vacationing in Aspen, which is also where Anthony popped the big question more than a year ago.
