A Timeline of Teresa and Melissa's Family Feud

A Timeline of Teresa and Melissa's Family Feud

Here's everything that led up to Melissa and Teresa's eventual reconciliation.

By Megan Segura

This week on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, a very big moment happened: Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice agreed to keep the past in the past and move forward with their relationship. And unlike other times this has happened, it really seemed like they meant it. But while they're moving forward, we're looking back at what caused this sister-in-law feud in the first place. Let's time travel backward, shall we?

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Season 2

It seems the family drama began before Melissa joined RHONJ. During the Season 2 reunion, Danielle Staub hinted that all was not well among the Giudice/Gorga families and specifically noted that Teresa had not yet acknowledged her youngest nephew, which led to Andy becoming Cohen-lateral damage.

Season 3

Once we were introduced to Melissa, we learned that the sister-in-laws did not get along.

Season 3

It quickly became apparent just how bad things were during a Christening hosted by Joe and Melissa. An argument between Teresa and her brother soon turned into an all-out brawl.

Season 3

Teresa exposed one of the many pain points behind her strained relationship with Melissa: sprinkle cookies.

Season 4

Melissa and Teresa had vowed to kiss and make up, but after Melissa got wind that Teresa had called her a gold digger, the truce was off.

Season 4

Things took another turn for the worse when Teresa (accidentally?) got caught up in a rumor that claimed Melissa used to be a stripper.

Season 5

And it certainly didn't help matters when Melissa took to Twitter to poke fun at the Giudice's legal woes.

The arguing seemed to stop in Season 5 and the feud eventually got resolved in Season 6, but will the new truce last? Watch what happens!
