Teresa Giudice Addresses Ramona Singer Missing Her Wedding: "That Was Her Loss"
After Ramona accidentally leaked her wedding invitation, the RHONJ wife said she "didn't want to come" anymore.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice didn't let anyone rain on her wedding day — whether they were there or not. Even after The Real Housewives of New York City's Ramona Singer accidentally leaked her and Luis "Louie" Ruelas' wedding invitation in late May, Teresa says she still "did the right thing" and asked her to attend the celebration anyway. In the end, however, Ramona was a no-show.
"There’s nothing I could do about it. What are you gonna do?" Teresa explained at Bravo Con 2022's "Jersey Ladies & Their Men: Part 2" panel on Saturday, October 15. "It was her choice. I invited her, I did the right thing. We bonded on the [The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip]. So, I did my part.… She didn’t want to come. That was her loss. We had the best night."
As for Ramona posting the invitation to her Instagram Stories "for about a half hour," Teresa still doesn't hold any hard feelings. "She said she didn’t mean anything bad by it, so I can’t get mad at her," the RHONJ newlywed said at Day 2 of the New York City event, adding that Ramona told her it was the "most beautiful invitation" she'd ever received, noting she gets a lot of invitations.
This wasn't the first time Teresa addressed the invitation debacle. "I don’t think she did anything wrong," Teresa told Extra on the red carpet at the MTV Movie & TV Awards in June. "I was like, 'Ramona, really? Take it down right now,' and she was, 'Oh my god, what did I do? What did I do?'"
Louie, for his part, agreed with that sentiment, chiming in that he also believed Ramona made an "honest mistake," in revealing everything from their date, location, and wedding website to her Instagram followers.
Either way, Ramona can catch everything she missed along with viewers when Bravo airs Teresa and Louie's wedding footage a week after the RHONJ Season 13 finale.
