We've seen the Instagram photos, we watched it be teased in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 trailer, and now we finally know how Teresa Giudice really feels about her daughter Gia and Dolores Catania's son Frankie looking oh-so-adorable together.
The RHONJ foodie opened up about the Garden State guy and his friendship with Gia while serving up some steak pizzaiola with Dolores at BravoCon on Sunday, November 17. "He is the sweetest, sweetest, sweetest, sweetest kid. I mean, he's amazing," she gushed during the Stir the Pot with Teresa & Dolores panel at New York City's Skylight Modern (clip above). "He's such a gentleman to Gia that I hope, you never know what happens down the road."
From the applause in the audience, it sounds like just about everyone is shipping Gia and Frankie. Teresa said she wouldn't mind being in-laws with her longtime bestie Dolores, either. "I adore her, and that would be great," she said. "That's how I met Joe. I knew him my whole life."
Dolores said it's been "surreal" to see her and Teresa's children grow into lovely young adults together. "We've been friends since we're 16. I remember Gia and Frankie on Jacqueline [Laurita]'s porch carving pumpkins together. They were like 6, 7 years old," she said during the event. "And now they're going to prom together, and there wasn't a dry eye in the room."
Teresa said that Dolores "was crying like an old Italian lady" when Frankie accompanied Gia to prom, which we will see later on this season of RHONJ. "They looked so beautiful," Teresa shared. "I can't wait for you guys to see it! I'm gonna die."
But wedding bells are not ringing for Gia and Frankie just yet. “They’re close friends," Dolores confirmed during an interview with PEOPLE earlier this month. "I mean, Frankie and Gia don’t like to talk to us about their personal business, but Frankie’s thing is he says, ‘I don’t have anything to offer anybody right now. I have work to do. I can’t give someone the attention they deserve.'”
Frankie has also been getting into an unexpected hobby lately. Check it out, below.
