After participating in the weekend’s BravoCon festivities, Dolores Catania was back to work on Monday, and she invited her Instagram followers into the new home that she and her ex-husband, Frank Catania, built for her boyfriend, David Principe, who is an obstetrician-gynecologist specializing in maternal-fetal medicine. While The Real Housewives of New Jersey house flipper may have recently told OK! that she would not be moving into the home without an engagement ring, during her tour it was very clear that this is “Dolores’ house!"
Walking through the sprawling mansion room by room, Dolores, her designer, and a few friends were pointing out all the details she hand-picked and that were custom created for her (like the insane Arhaus bed in the master suite!).
Highlights of the home include the hidden bathroom in David’s office (the door is a faux bookcase!) and the glamorous mirrored subway tile backsplash in the wet bar. More to know: Dolores has her own office in the home, too, in addition to not one but two laundry rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). The couple’s master suite is equally impressive, comprising of a sitting area with a fireplace, a gorgeous all-white bathroom, a bedroom, and his-and-hers closets.
Chock full of fancy details — from two islands in the kitchen to Carrera marble in the bathrooms — the house is simply stunning.
