Now We Know Exactly How Joe Giudice Got His New Super Chiseled Body
Teresa Giudice's slimmed down husband is continuing his mixed martial arts training with his brother in Italy.
Joe Giudice is currently in his native Italy after his release from custody to await the outcome of this appeal of his deportation case. And though we are keeping watch over his ongoing legal issues, recent photos (and videos!) posted by his daughter Gia Giudice on Instagram have everyone talking about Joe's super fit body.
Earlier this year, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom, Teresa, explained that Joe had big plans after his release to explore competitive MMA (that's mixed martial arts) fighting and that he had been working on his body while serving time — and now we have a video that features Joe's impressive moves.
In the video, Joe is training in Italy as he shows off some rather impressive round house kicks and punching moves. The shirtless father is almost unrecognizable compared to the man we saw before and it looks like Joe isn't turning back anytime soon.
In the post his daughter Gia captioned,"We come back stronger than before❤️ the fights just starting?? Zio Pete your a great coach :)"
