Caroline Manzo Opens Up About Chris & Albie's Latest Venture
"The boys have a really interesting thing going on," the RHONJ alum said.
As Caroline Manzo's sons, Chris Manzo and Albie Manzo, continue to accomplish major things in the hospitality industry, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum couldn't be more proud. "The boys have a really interesting thing going on. We have taken over an iconic hotel in Asbury Park, New Jersey, The Berkley Hotel," Caroline said during an exclusive interview with Bravo Insider's Life After Bravo series (watch the full conversation in the video above.) "They have taken over the food and beverage portion of the entire hotel."
However, while reflecting on how appearing on RHONJ and Manzo'd With Children changed the course of her life, Caroline considered whether her children would be where they are today without their time on the Bravo shows. "Christopher probably would still be in food and beverage because that's his passion. Christopher loves to cook, he's a foodie, he loves to go out and try new foods," she said, noting Albie "probably would've went into law," but uses his education from law school "every single day" in his current work.
"In a crazy way, they're doing what they were supposed to be doing," she added. "On a very different level."
The brothers confirmed their partnership on the incredible hotel project in July. “We’re honored to be a part of revitalizing one of the Jersey Shore’s longest-standing and iconic hotels,” Albie told Page Six. “We’ve been given creative license to transform The Berkeley’s venues into something truly unique, combining our love for hospitality and our years at the Brownstone. We’re excited to share our vision with travelers headed to the Shore this summer and beyond.”
