Dolores Catania Shares an Update on Her Living Situation with Her Boyfriend, Paulie
“That’s an adjustment for both of us,” the RHONJ cast member said of spending more time in her new love’s space.
Dolores Catania has had her fair share of nontraditional living arrangements. Most notably, of course, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member cohabited with her ex-husband, Frank Catania — despite being in a relationship with someone else. She also moved into a glamorous new townhouse while Frank continued to renovate her house, and she decided not to move into her then-boyfriend David Principe’s house even though she helped design nearly every inch of it. And if that’s not enough to make your head spin, consider the fact that after Dolores split from David, her ex-husband moved in with him. So, now that Dolores is happy in a new relationship with Paul “Paulie” Connell, she recently gave BravoTV.com an update on the couple’s current living arrangement.
“I spend a lot of time at Paulie’s house,” Dolores shared. And naturally, she has made a lasting impression on her love’s spot. “It was like a James Bond bachelor pad when I met him,” she said. “Shortly after, there were dogs running around, my family’s coming over. So, it’s no longer the bachelor pad.”
Still, Dolores hasn’t parted with her own space. “I don’t officially live [at Paulie’s]. But I do spend a lot of time there,” she clarified. “That’s an adjustment for both of us… That wasn’t something I planned on.”
As for whether they’ll officially cohabitate in the near future, Dolores offered, “We’ll see.”
In May, on Part 2 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion, Andy Cohen asked, “How many nights a week do you spend together?” Dolores replied, “A lot,” adding, “I have some things there.”
Dolores also shared how her new relationship affected her living arrangement with her ex-husband. “Frank had planned on going to my house,” Dolores said. “But I have a boyfriend now, and for Frank to be staying with me... it’s like enough. I’m in a relationship.”
