Margaret Josephs Just Made the "Best" Change to Her Backyard (PICS)
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is "so excited" about a recent update to her outdoor space.
Margaret Josephs just made an exciting update to her outdoor space.
On October 10, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member shared an Instagram Story video as new sod was getting added to her backyard.
"Did you ever order sod? It's like green carpeting," she said in the clip. "You want to just change your life in about five minutes and get a new lawn? Get sod."
Margaret continued her video with a message for, as she put it, "everybody who bitched" about her landscaping. "Finally, I'm getting a lawn," she said. "Look at this. I am so excited."
"You know how I got this? John Fuda. Thank you, John Fuda, I'm very grateful," she added, referring to Rachel Fuda's husband. "He took the time to get me the best sod in the world, and I'm very grateful. Look at this, in about five minutes I have a new lawn people."
In summary, Margaret declared, "It's like a rug, and I am nothing but overjoyed."
Margaret Josephs Shares a Peek at Her New Pool
In October 2022, Margaret shared in an Instagram post that she was getting a new backyard pool, and months later, she shared an update during a text Q&A session with fans in March. “We are doing a huge pool right now," she wrote.
Margaret's recent Instagram Story video gave a quick peek at the pool and its surrounding area, as well as another update on the progress. "There's my pool, my little fountain, it's getting done," she said. "My pool's covered right now."
Margaret Josephs' Renovated Bathroom
Margaret also just finished a major interior project: her primary bathroom. In a July 19 Instagram Story video, she noted that her long-awaited bathroom renovation was “finally a hair away from being done,” and explained, “I’m just waiting for some handles.”
On September 19, Margaret was happy to share that the “final touches” in the room were complete. “I love my shower door handle!!” she captioned an Instagram Story photo, tagging Emtek Hardware. “Such a statement, the brass enhances everything.” As she previously explained, the room is also filled with “beautiful slabs from Daltile.”
