Melissa Gorga Embraces “’50s Vibes” in Sultry Vacation Photo

The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom returned to Instagram this week to share a skin-baring photo from her recent beach getaway. The mirror selfie showed Melissa sitting cross-legged on a bed while delivering a teeny two-piece moment. She kept the look relatively simple, as she rocked a minimal gold bracelet, wavy hair, and what appeared to be a makeup-free face. She also donned a white pedicure, which paired perfectly with the black top and bottom.
“[’50s] vibes,” she captioned the Instagram Story.
Melissa takes fans inside her Montauk vacation
Melissa’s description was likely referencing the bedroom’s midcentury-inspired interior design. The space featured sheer light drapes and dark green carpet, as well as touches of kelly green on throw blankets and patterned accent chairs. Although Melissa didn’t reveal the name of the property, she uploaded the photo during her trip to Montauk with friends and family.
The mother of three posted a video of her kids enjoying a day at the pool, a picture of a delicious-looking lunch, and footage of her dinner at Sag Harbor’s Tutto il Giorno. Melissa visited the restaurant with her friend Coco Verses as well as Tara Bogota and Nicholas Marco, a brother-and-sister duo who own several Drybar hair salons in New Jersey.
At the end of the meal, the restaurant’s maître d’ Sam Pezzullo treated Melissa to “sprinkle cookies,” proving he is quite familiar with the confection-related drama on RHONJ Season 3.
“So they don’t normally serve sprinkle cookies… But…,” she captioned a photo, which showed a board of cookies next to a cup of edible sprinkles.
The Gorgas show off their remodeled Jersey home
There’s no doubt the Gorgas needed some R&R. After months of renovations, Melissa announced that her family’s New Jersey home was officially finished. The Jersey ’Wife showed off the abode’s remodeled exterior in a June 24 Instagram post that credited New Jersey–based design firm Plan Architecture. She returned to Instagram several days later to provide another look at her backyard space, which featured a luxurious pool, a fireplace, a sleek dining area, and next-level appliances.
“Finally finished,” she captioned the carousel. “I’m so happy I found Dan & [Plan Architecture] so that when we could FINALLY resubmit our plans after all the COVID chaos that my true vision for this house could come to life.”
She then took some time to thank her husband: “[Joe Gorga] I know you wanted to kill me but I’m so grateful for you to make this happen so soon after moving in.”
