Teresa Giudice Gives an Update on Joe Giudice's Living Situation in the Bahamas

After sharing several times over the last year that he wants to relocate to the Bahamas, it seems Joe Giudice has finally made the big move — for the moment, at least. 

"He's living in the Bahamas right now," The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice revealed in a recent interview with Extra TV. "He's gonna be fighting. He's doing a celebrity fight."

In December 2020 Gia Giudice shared that Joe's Celebrity Boxing match in the Bahamas would be happening "very soon," and when it comes time for Joe to step into the ring, he will have the support of several RHONJ cast members.  "A whole bunch of us are gonna go," Teresa said in the Extra interview. "I know Dolores [Catania] wants to go, Jennifer [Aydin] wants to go. If I'm not working, I'm definitely gonna be there."

Joe first publicly expressed interest in moving to the Bahamas while visiting a friend there in February 2020. "I'm over here in the Bahamas, Nassau ... We're over here at Tonino's [Osteria]," he said in an Instagram video. "This [is] a friend of mine that came and saw me in Salerno, same situation as me, and he's got a great little place here, and [I'm] possibly thinking about doing something out here in the Bahamas to be closer to the family."

In a November 2020 interview with The Daily Dish podcast, Joe elaborated on his reasons for wanting to make the move. “It’s a lot closer for my family to come visit, and it only makes sense,” he explained at the time. “[Italy] is great, you know what I mean. It’s a great country and all. But, I want to be closer to the family, and start a little business over there. I got some things going on over here and some things over there.”
