Teresa Giudice Reveals How Her Daughters Reacted to Her Selling Their House
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member got emotional as she shared her daughters' thoughts on selling their longtime home.
While Teresa Giudice has felt mixed emotions when it comes to selling her house, it seems her daughters are ultimately ready to say goodbye to their beloved abode.
On The Real Housewives of New Jersey's March 24 episode, Teresa opened up about a text message conversation that she had with her daughters after putting the home on the market. "Gia said, 'Wow I'm going to miss our house so much,' and then I wrote, 'Do you not want me to sell it?'" Teresa recalled to Jennifer Aydin and Dolores Catania. "Gia said, 'Yeah, no, it's time for a new start.'"
While Teresa didn't reveal all four of her daughters' feelings during the conversation, she made it clear that Gia Giudice and Milania Giudice were on the same page, recalling, "Milania's like, 'It's true. I think I'm ready for a fresh start.'"
As Teresa became visibly emotional during the conversation, Jennifer and Dolores offered Teresa their support. "It's a closure on so many things," Dolores said before Jennifer added, "It's a great house. It's going to make some family very happy."
On the show's March 3 episode, Teresa explained her complex feelings about listing the home. "It's hard for me to sell the house," she said at the time. "[My ex-husband] Joe [Giudice] and I built the house together, we raised our four daughters in that home." However, Teresa ultimately felt she was "ready for a new beginning," and was "looking for a fresh start."
