Teresa Giudice Shares the "Crazy" Way Her New Home Is Connected to Joe & Melissa Gorga
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member's new house is very familiar to her brother and sister-in-law.
Last year, Teresa Giudice and her fiancé, Luis "Louie" Ruelas moved into a beautiful home. As it turns out, Teresa is already very familiar with her new neighborhood.
On the Season 12 premiere of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa and her daughters, Gia Giudice, Audriana Giudice, Gabriella Giudice, and Milania Giudice, discussed their new house. "It's crazy how life works," Teresa said. "We're moving in the development that my brother lived in."
Although Gia noted the family members "could've been neighbors," Teresa mused, "I guess it wasn't meant to be that way."
On a February 2021 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Melissa Gorga confirmed that Teresa and Louie had purchased the home in her former neighborhood. "It's maybe four doors down from the house I just sold," she shared at the time, referencing her family's longtime Montville house. "So it's kind of crazy...I moved out of my neighborhood, and she moved in."
Nine months later, Teresa opened up about the big move, explaining on WWHL that they were "still moving in [and] unpacking." Since then, she and her daughters have been sharing peeks at the home, including the kitchen, exterior, and staircase.
Meanwhile, since moving out of Teresa and Louie's new neighborhood, Joe and Melissa have been living in a rental home while they build a new house. In a January 23 Instagram video, Melissa showed the progress of the construction, writing, "We working...Time for a change. LET’s do this!"
