"Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro Whipped up This Savory Dish for Melissa Gorga — After She Dug up The Ingredients with Her Feet
The Real Housewives of New Jersey fashion pro had the best lunch ever during a day at the Jersey Shore.
As Melissa Gorga has shown us, being friends with "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro comes with major perks. The Real Housewives of New Jersey boutique owner has had rainbow cake and M&Ms-studded cookies at the Jersey baker's house; Valastro also prepared an epic cake to celebrate Joe Gorga's book release. But Buddy's not only boss when it comes to pastries, and Melissa just showed us what happens when he prepares his version of Sunday pasta.
During an idyllic weekend day at the Jersey Shore, Melissa captured some Instagram footage of her foodie friend whipping up a feast. Standing over a giant pan of pasta and freshly dug up clams, Buddy exclaimed, "We're doing our linguine and clams here, Jersey Shore, best in the world, baby!"
Just before that, the gang of assembled friends — who also included Joe and Buddy's wife Lisa — had been clamming in the ocean, digging up the shellfish with their feet. And their hard work paid off!
