Jennifer Aydin Lost 10 Pounds by "Stalking Teresa Giudice's Instagram:" See The Eye-Popping Results of Her New Diet
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mother detailed the plan behind her noticeably slimmer frame.
A while back, Jennifer Aydin undertook a mission. "I [wanted] to lose some weight," The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama told Page Six, explaining the backstory behind her 15-pound slim-down.
And in case you haven't checked out Jennifer's Insta lately (just look at her now!), here's a quick summary: After getting a breast reduction and shedding a few pounds from liposuction, the Turkish beauty found her motivation to lose a few more pounds in a place we all know well: Teresa Giudice's Instagram feed.
"I was stalking Teresa's Instagram and I saw how amazing Milania looked, and they kept tagging their nutritionist [Absolute Nutrition Counseling],” she told Page Six. “I contacted them and they came over to my house over with their colleague who is the chef that prepares your meals. They basically work together calculating my macros, and how many calories I’m gonna have every day."
After following the diet by eating her chef-prepared deliveries each day, the Jersey beauty shed 10 more pounds. But even with a personal chef, temptation sometimes gets in the way.
"It’s a work in progress," Jennifer said, referencing her new lifestyle. "I’ll have a week where we go out to a few dinners and going out to dinner is part of my demise. I see it coming right on right away. So then I stop for a second, I’m like, ‘Okay, I gotta calm down. We gotta make some better choices, and I gotta get back on the bandwagon.'"
She even found a way to stay on the wagon during a recent trip to the Bahamas. "I brought my oatmeal with me and I would make oatmeal for myself after the gym in the morning. Our routine was going to work out every morning, then going to Starbucks … I was having a healthy breakfast, a light lunch and then, of course, we were going to dinner," she said. "And you know what, I’m on vacation, so I’m not going to deprive myself. If I wanna piece of bread, I’m gonna have a piece of bread." Amen!
