The Real Housewives' Most Over-the-Top Birthday Cakes and Desserts Ever

Even as she awaits to hear husband Joe Giudice's fate in his ongoing deportation case, Teresa Giudice has a lot to celebrate these days. Her daughter Gabriella just graduated from eighth grade — and had a sweet, family-style dinner in celebration. Meanwhile, Teresa's eldest daughter, Gia, has high school in the bag, and she's headed to Rutgers University in the fall.

Teresa is known for wrangling the most eye-popping cakes for her daughters, and she did not disappoint when hosting a lavish backyard bash for her college-bound kid.

Over the weekend, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama recorded the party's eats and drinks on Instagram Stories. There were food trucks, there was an ice sculpture shaped like the letter R, and let us tell you about the sweets table.

With a towering, four-tier cake iced in Rutgers' signature red-and-white hues as the centerpiece, the sweets table was a true highlight: It was also covered with cupcakes, chocolates, and red candies in boxes that spelled out Gia's name. Keep scrolling to see inside the delicious party that only Teresa, the queen of cakes, could pull off.
