For Teresa Giudice, eating clean is a way of life. And yes, that even goes for the bleary-eyed morning hours. The Real Housewives of New Jersey fitness buff has her breakfast routine down pat, and she keeps things mercifully simple. 

In a September 6 Instagram Story, the fitness buff shared the recipe for her morning meal with a single snap. The picture showed a bowl of oatmeal with toppings, and the bowl’s ingredients were arrayed neatly behind it. Teresa made the dish using Quaker Oats oatmeal, golden raisins, and chopped nuts.

As it says right there on the bowl: “Yum.”

Teresa has spoken about the importance of a healthy breakfast in the past, talking up the protein in a good egg-white-veggie scramble.
