Though Sonja Morgan has rented out her iconic Upper East Side townhouse where she raised her daughter and now lives in cozier digs in a Columbus Circle high-rise, The Real Housewives of New York City mom often visits the townhouse and makes sure everything is humming along. She can often be seen tending to the home that she still owns, both inside and outside in the gorgeous backyard, which has lately needed some TLC to tame vine overgrowth and dead branches.

How to Watch

Sonja was back in the townhouse this week to get it ready to show to potential renters, and she took to her social media feed for decor advice.

"Is this armoire too dated for my potential renters at the house?" Sonja asked in an Instagram post. "I’ve been told it may be too specific to my taste. I thought it was timeless. I’m updating the house to show to the masses, not just people with similar taste to me. Looking forward to your ideas."

"Lol I wonder who told you that," Sonja's pal Bethenny Frankel, who recently announced that she will not return to RHONY, commented.

Sonja did receive some good Housewife feedback on the furniture, though. The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice approves of the armoire, giving it three flame emojis in the comments.

What do you think — timeless chic, or past its time?
