The Real Housewives of New York City performer has her workout routine down to a science — but you can't buy it.

Luann de Lesseps is a busy lady these days. Not only is The Real Housewives of New York City performer touring the United States with her cabaret show, she's also been making Fashion Week history, enjoying the views in upstate New York and catching some rays in sunny Florida. So, with hardly any free time, how does the Countess make it a priority to stay healthy?

Luann took to Instagram to share her current fitness regime while on tour, and, well, there's a reason she's still got abs despite her whirlwind schedule. While jogging on the treadmill, she broke down exactly what she does to keep her body toned and strong because, sadly, "money can't buy you abs," after all. She kicks off her workout with 15 minutes of running to warm up, and then moves on to "arms, leg lifts and abs." 

Turns out if you want a toned tummy, you've gotta learn how to get it (just like elegance).
