Well, kind of ... this time, it was actually a sidewalk.
In a recent Instagram post, the "Turtle Time" originator strutted her stuff in two-tone lace dress by Parisian label Sandro. Before heading into OK! Magazine's summer kickoff party, Ramona showed off her spiffy #OOTD with a sassy trot down the sidewalk. She had a big smile on her face, and wiggled her hips just so.
